Treatment Philosophy

My goal is to get to know the patient as an individual and learn what their goals are to return to following pain, injury, and/or surgery. We collaborate and discuss activities and tasks that are important to them to create a personalized treatment plan. I believe education is crucial in understanding the root of their problem and how various physical therapy techniques can be utilized to reduce pain, improve function, and return to their daily lives.

Interests and Hobbies

Outside of work, I enjoy being active and playing sports such as softball and volleyball. I also enjoy walking and hiking to take in Colorado's beautiful scenery. Attending concerts, traveling, finding new coffee shops and breweries, and eating at new restaurants also keeps me busy!

Treatment Philosophy

I believe that every patient is unique and that to achieve the best outcome in therapy, there needs to be an understanding of what the patient needs to do and enjoys doing in their daily lives. Once I understand the person I am working with, I can tailor a treatment plan specific to that person to help them recover from any functional limitation as well as help them regain the ability to do the things they love to do.

Interests and Hobbies

On my free time I enjoy doing anything active. I spend a lot of my free time running, weight training, and playing the occasional game of basketball.
