Treatment Philosophy

This profession allows me to help people, help themselves. My treatment philosophy is to empower people to lead better lives by regaining, retaining, and improving their mobility and function. My goal is to facilitate confidence and independence that lasts beyond a physical therapy plan of care.

Interests and Hobbies

As a Colorado transplant, I enjoy exploring the region through hiking and skiing. I also enjoy traveling, domestically and abroad. After visiting all fifty states, I am currently working on visiting all seven continents; five down, two to go!

Treatment Philosophy

It is really important to me to educate and empower my patients to better understand their pain, injury, or diagnosis. This allows me to connect with my patients and create a therapeutic alliance that I really value. I believe that this helps promote carryover into life outside the clinic.

Interests and Hobbies

I love cozy hobbies, like reading and knitting or anything that lets me curl up under a comfortable blanket. I also enjoy being out enjoying sunshine doing things like stand up paddle boarding and working on my garden.
