Education

Denver School of Massage Therapy: 2010-2011
Physical Therapist Assistant Concorde Career College: 2022-2023

Treatment Philosophy

My treatment philosophy is still evolving as I figure out who I am as a Physical therapist Assistant. I like to listen to the body during my treatment sessions. I feel that the phrase “No pain, No gain” I feel is detrimental to an extent. Therapy should never be painful, you should feel like you are working out, but never making the pain worse. I think listening to the body is super important, it will tell you when it has had enough, and I don’t think ushing past that point is helpful to a patient's therapy journey.

Interests and Hobbies

Some of my hobbies and interests are listening to Podcasts, reading, hiking, and getting back into baking! I love music of all kinds and will watch almost any movie. I love spending time with my family, partner and my friends as often as I can.

Physical Therapist Assistant associates degree earned from Provo College. Graduated in 2019.  Bachelor of Science degree earned in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico. Minored in both Health & Wellness and Physical Education as well. Graduated in 2017.

Treatment Philosophy

I believe in treating the whole person rather than just their diagnosis with use of personalized care and treatment. Each individual is different, and therefore should be receiving treatment that is specific to them. Whether someone wants to be able to return to sports, gardening, or just be able to do household activities again, tailoring a treatment plan to their personal goals is so important. My favorite part of being a therapist is helping patients get back to doing what they love.

Interests and Hobbies

On a nice day, you can usually find me out on the golf course,  attending a baseball game, or at the park with my dog Harlow. I also love going to new breweries and watching any/all sports on TV.
