CACC Visitor Protocols During Coronavirus

CACC clinics remain open to provide our patients with the treatment they need. We are closely monitoring updates from the CDC and WHO to ensure we adhere to the guidelines that are being communicated. Additionally, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures to provide a safe clinic environment for our team members and patients. As healthcare providers, we continue to practice proper hygiene and assure you that CACC is taking every possible action to protect our patients’ health and safety. Physical therapy is not discretionary for many of our patients, and thus we want to be able to continue to provide you with the care you need safely. We have implemented new visitor protocols that will only allow patients and their respective caregivers into our clinics. Vendors, visitors and other non-essential individuals will not be granted access to our clinics until further notice.

When visiting a clinic, you will see the sign below posted on our main entry door/s. We will ask you to answer four questions before entering the clinic:

We are here for you.  Our team is standing by to answer any questions or make any changes you need to help you through this time. Contact us for assistance. As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our team is ready to support you.

We thank you for being a CACC client and look forward to getting past this tough time and continuing to provide you physical therapy services.
