According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 3 million older adults are treated for fall injuries each year in emergency departments. Twenty five percent of seniors 65-85 years old are at risk for a fall this year. For those that do fall, 40% are likely to have multiple falls over the course of the year, and more than 200,000 people have fractured their hips in a fall last year alone!
CACC Physical Therapists will work with you to decrease your risk of falling while helping you retain your independence. Most falls can be prevented, and our team can help.
